You may bring your own beverages but please refrain from red wine or red colored drinks.

Please no jeans or pants with rhinestones or metal on back pockets.

Please no black soled or high heel shoes.

If inclement weather arises the Captain has the right to cancel the reservation with a full refund.

You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your departure.

If you cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

If you are running late please call and notify us. If not we will release your reservation after 45 minutes and will not provide a refund.

If you arrive late (within 45 minutes of your departure time) you may enjoy the remainder of your reservation with the Captain's discretion on the length and route of the voyage.
